Issue autocomplete list is not scrollable

We have many bugs that have 10 in the tittle (we are testing escalability with dummy bugs in a test instance), the popup to mention an issue is not scrollable, which makes it impossible to select the right issue from the list.

It's possible to try in any of the issues, for example https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/nautilus/issues/30654 and write "issue #10 (closed)".

Not something really important, but I guess a good task for newcomers to contributing to GitLab (if you have such tasks)

PD: Forgive the colors of the screenshot, it's an issue with the compositor + screenshot tool.
