Sub-navigation missing when configuring a project integration

1. Go to a project
2. Go to Settings > Integrations
3. Click any service
4. Notice the lack of sub-navigation

@rspeicher @alfredo1 Not sure if we call this regression, since we moved Settings from dropdown to tabs, I'll fix it anyway and try if we can get it in %9.1's last RC. Do update labels accordingly.
