Project export fails completely

Description of the problem

Project > Settings > Export project button once results in 4 "Project export error" emails.

All of the emails have the exact same body:

Project oncora couldn't be exported.

The errors we encountered were:

U_STRING_NOT_TERMINATED_WARNING

Additional Info:

• Trying to import the same project into a self-hosted GitLab instance through the OAuth integration results in most of the project being imported, except none of the merge requests (deal-breaker).

• The project is not particularly large (~100MB reported on repository page)
