Do not update/delete: Notification broadcast message test data
The only way I know how to get to the admin runners page is by entering the correct URL. Maybe I am not looking well, but it could also be that this is not very clear.

In 8.0.3 this is reachable via "Admin Area" (right top corner) -> "Continuous Integration" (left side menu) -> "Runners" (left side menu).
Yes Kamil just showed me too, this must just be me.
