"0 other builds" displayed on CI build page even when other builds for the same commit exist

When viewing a GitLab CI build (e.g. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/builds/312480), on the right column, it says 0 other builds for ..., even if there are other builds for the same commit. This happens even if there are other builds running.
