Team Dashboard

Goal :

We need to create a team dashboard not only for managers to get a fuller picture but for team members to see where we are at.

We need this to be content centric and around the current phase of a release cycle. This needs to be a per person and what they are working on. What are the high priority tickets. How many days till the next release. How many days to fix the regressions.

Use it also to plan the workload of the current cycle and upcoming ones.

• Team Members
• Current High Prio Tickets
• Regression Counts
• Alert the team about unassigned high prio tickets / unassigned regressions

Technical

• I will try to build a POC based on available API's
• Maybe have it configurable/free arangebale as other teams have perhaps the same basic need but more specific processes ?
