Issues Dashboard is not responding

Summary

https://gitlab.com/dashboard/issues does not load. I feel like it tries to load all the issues of gitlab.com (does it??).

There seems to be the same issue with https://gitlab.com/dashboard/merge_requests

@ValentinH Thanks for the report. The timeout on the Dashboard view is a known issue for GitLab.com. Without the assignee_id you're going to be listing all public issues on GitLab.com. We are tracking in the following issues:
