New tag form JS error

Uncaught TypeError: $(...).autocomplete is not a function

Looks like it has been there since the removal of jQuery UI

Autocompletion on the new tag page currently doesn't work. For now, I would replace the text field there by a branch dropdown as we have it elsewhere:
