Renamed User namespace incorrectly redirects to old path

Users who had their root namespace renamed in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/10413 now get redirected to the old path.

For example when viewing a user with username Users which was renamed to users0 I get redirected to Users which isn't available anymore.
