MR push system note is displayed incorrectly when it comes in through a live update

collapseLongCommitList is responsible cleaning up the .system-note-message that should only contain added 1 commit but now also contains the list of changes, again, so it looks like that's no longer being called at the right time, even though it's in renderNote.
