Setup notification webhook based on a specific branch(s)

Description

As a Microsoft Teams user, I want to be able to receive notifications from a git repository based on a specific branch that may not only be the default branch.

Proposal

Please allow the selection of a branch other than "default" or "all" for webhook notifications.
