A few style issues on gitlab.com gitlab instance

The following screenshots demonstrate some of possibly unintended stylistic issues

The “44 issues for this filter” would be better centered vertically, I think.

Line breaks on these popups look weird.

The paginator thing is considerably broken on narrow screens too:
