Merge button is not same color as CI status

In GitLab 8.0 and before, merge button used to be same color as current CI status (orange if it is running, red if ci failed and green if CI is ok). It seems that this changed in 8.1

@sashk yep you are right. We should fix that

I put 8.4 since we have pretty full milestones but if someone can fix it earlier - that would be great
