"Remove group" button should show modal with warning similar to "Remove project"

Description

The Remove group button has a warning that removing a group will cause all child projects and resources to be removed and that it cannot be restored.

But when the button is clicked only a small browser message asks for confirmation.

Proposal

Instead, change the behavior to match that of the Remove project button. Show a similar modal that includes the warning message and requires the user to confirm the action by entering the group name.
