This link https://gitlab.panic.com/ios/prompt/commits/ is a 404 without the branch specified on the end.

Within the hosted gitlab, you get a 404 if you click on Commits and change the branch from master to another branch.

EDIT: this appears to be due to having "#" in the branch name.
