Activity Graph Options
Description
I would like if there was an option to display commits instead of pushes on the user activity graph, and also a options to display contributions to private repositories.
Proposal
In the profile section of the options add a switch between showing commits or pushes on the activity graph, and also a checkbox to show contributions to private repositories. There could also be a option to only show it to certain people.

Some people have a lot of commits on their project, but only pushed it to GitLab recently so a bunch of commits counts as one contribution, which is not a true representation of the person's work, also some people work a lot on private repositories and making the amount of contributions public would also help represent the person's work. The share with certain people feature could be used to show a person's employer the 'history' of that persons programming.
Activity
@belugawhale Thanks for raising an issue. Unfortunately, it's not possible. Activity feeds and contribution calendars are based on Events in GitLab and only one event is created per push. This is for performance reasons as each push could potentially contain 1000s of commits
