Code Climate text appears abrupt, "Code quality imporved on 838 points and ."

I just noticed in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/12253 that the Code Climate text looks funny:

It would look better if and . were omitted or some other text were there.
