Navigation - Move project switcher to breadcrumbs in content area

The current breadcrumbs have a quick project switcher that opens from a chevron next to them. Clicking it opens a dropdown with a list of projects.

For the new breadcrumbs we simply add the same chevron next to them and show the dropdown in a new position.
