Have patch release announcements link to the issues

For patch releases I usually keep track of them by merge request which then usually links to the issue. Do you think that's good enough?

@rspeicher I think we should link directly to them. Yes, more work, but much better UX.

Personally I still think they should link to MRs instead of Issues, because the MRs are what comprise the patch release, and some MRs can link to and close multiple issues at once.

I agree with Robert. Linking it to MRs makes more sense.
Most people will be more interested in the solution instead of the bug report. :)
