"More Information" link in Prometheus setup currently goes nowhere

We need to edit the "More Information" link so it points to our documentation. Right now the link doesn't go anywhere, at least when I tried.

I think the best place to link to would be to: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/integrations/prometheus.html (and /ce/ for CE)
