Link a commit back to the merge request

Description

Users would like to see the code review for a particular commit by going to the merge request for that commit. Or to find out who reviewed a commit that was merged to master and the comments they made.

Currently there's no way to link a commit back to the underlying merge request. An exception is the merge commit, for e.g. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/commit/b071317c01866ac13802052ddbf4cf0aae2b043a

Proposal

Put a link/button on the commit page that takes the user back to the underlying merge request.

I'm the GitLab EE subscriber that raised this issue & I'm happy to answer questions about our workflow etc.

We always use 'fast forward only' merge requests, and in fact the presence of the 'automatic rebase' feature in gitlab that allows this is the primary reason we use gitlab.

I recently tried to trace a commit back to the merge request that added it, and found it was essentially impossible to do so - so we've no audit trail of who reviewed that code, and (significantly more importantly) it's impossible for our developers to look back and find the discussion about why it was designed like it was. It's really important for us (and I would think most companies!) to have that kind of audit trail and history.
