Labels are missing from the label overview

I assume https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/labels?page=7 should list all the labels in the gitlab-ce project alphabetically.

It is missing the ui label even though many issues with that label exist https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues?label_name=ui

ui is in page 6. What do you mean by page 7 should list all the labels in the gitlab-ce project alphabetically.?
