Link to repository bug if change username

If you change the username of an account, the user activity links in the party are not updated and refers to the old username which generates a 404 error

The activity panel on the dashboard has both the user link, and the repo link pointing to the wrong location, but the projects panel shows them correctly. Truncating the events table removed the entries, but editing the events entries did not fix it.

I recently found the solution for this issue. It is simple.

Try this command by root user.
gitlab-ctl cache:clear

Also I leave my footprint for anyone having the same trouble.
