Description

Coraline Ada Ehmke built a nice feature on GitHub to show off who new contributors are, in the hope that these people are treated with a bit more care.

Proposal

Add a first time contributor badge to someone (like we have 'Developer' now), when someone first contributes to a particular project from a fork.
