Continuous POST "ci//api/v1/builds/register.json" for 127.0.0.1

In production.log I'm seeing these messages continuously:

Started POST "/ci//api/v1/builds/register.json" for 127.0.0.1 at 2015-11-20 00:38:15 -0500
Started POST "/ci//api/v1/builds/register.json" for 127.0.0.1 at 2015-11-20 00:38:18 -0500
Started POST "/ci//api/v1/builds/register.json" for 127.0.0.1 at 2015-11-20 00:38:21 -0500
Started POST "/ci//api/v1/builds/register.json" for 127.0.0.1 at 2015-11-20 00:38:24 -0500
Started POST "/ci//api/v1/builds/register.json" for 127.0.0.1 at 2015-11-20 00:38:27 -0500

I'm not sure what would be happening every three seconds.

I'm pretty sure this was happening on v8.1.3, and is still happening on v8.2.0.

Okay, this is just my gitlab-ci-multi-runner instance. I didn't realize this, because the IP address was 127.0.0.1, which is because of nginx.
