Take action buttons out of the breadcrumbs bar
The designs for the 9.4 breadcrumbs bar moved the actions button we have in the top-right corner of many pages to the bar itself. The buttons have been moved for some pages, but not all of them.
With 10.0 the UX of the breadcrumbs bar will change a bit, so we are taking a step back before deciding that moving all the action buttons to the bar is the way to go.
The buttons that have already been moved should be put back in their original place. Some of the places where they have been moved are:
