Include breadcrumbs separator in limited container and remove sidebar header separator
The content in the breadcrumbs bar is currently included in the limited container so it flows with the page content, but the separator stretches all the way to the sidebar on the left side and the edge of the window on the right. The separator should be included in the limited container.
The separator in the sidebar header is not needed, as the header itself is very distinctive, and the recent addition of icons to the sidebar content area separates it very well from the header.
These two changes will give us more freedom because we won't have to make all the elements in the top section of the page match in height.
Note how there are two different points of horizontal alignment in the Before image, and only one in the After image. The separator between the sidebar header (project icon) and the navigation items is also gone, highlighted by the green rectangle.
