Removing assignee is uninformative

Problem

I cannot see which assignee I removed.

Usecase

I accidentally removed the (single) assignee from an issue.. the system note didn't help me out.

Proposal

Should state which assignee is unassigned

System note is mostly backend, so perhaps @vsizov can take a look

Yeah, this can be considered as a bug as https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/1904 mentions that it has to show the exact list of unassigned assignees. I don't know if this has been broken or this has not been implemented, anyway, this should be fixed on BE side.
