Sort and filter functionality in runner-admin-view

Currently it is not possible to sort the runners "by type" in the admin view. This makes it difficult to get an overview about e.g. shared runners. I know, I could put "shared" in the description of a runner, and search for it. But that's not what I am looking for.

It would be nice to have a kind of sort in this view and filter (select type).

Use case: Try to identify which shared runners were not connected since a certain period.
