Monitoring graph axes labels are inaccurate and inconsistent

It is sometimes difficult to tell what region the horizontal axes of the graphs represent. For instance, the line in this screen shot represents 4pm, but the label for 4pm is way over to the right. Now, it could be that the 04 PM label actually represents a region from 4:00:00pm - 4:59:59pm in which case that location would make some sense, but I think placing it at the exact 4pm mark would make more sense.

Also, these axes are completely broken when you render them at different widths. See this smaller viewport screenshot for example:

Here, you can clearly see the same data with the overlay at the same point in the graph, but it appears from the axis labels to be between 02 PM and 03 PM which is certainly not the case.
