Compare page should link to merge request if there is one

Currently a "Create merge request" link appears in some places even though there is already a merge request. For example:

• https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/compare/master...summit_post
• https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/commits/summit_post

I propose this could be a link to the current MR.

I was thinking... Why wasn't this already here? I already know there's a PR for the branch... It's just an ease of access (convenience). Thanks for finally saying it. :)
