Task list - multiple checking in issue

Situation:
Tasklist in issue brief and tasklist in comment.

Description:
When you tick brief tasklist item and before the ajax refresh the brief you tick the comment task list item. Then brief content rewrites the comment. So in the end you have 2 times the brief on in the issue and the comment body is lost.
