Create template for deploying to PCF using CF CLI

We have a number of customers who are deploying into Pivotal CloudFoundry environments, and it would be great if we could create a template and accompanying documentation on how to do this.

In working with past customers, it has simply been a matter of using the cf CLI and a few YML definition files to deploy a new version. We will need to do a little investigation though on our side to ensure we are using best practices with the CLI.

@joshlambert thanks! We should see if there any way we can turn this into a feature without making it technically more complicated.

@bikebilly we can certainly seek to get help here! Good idea.

That said some things to keep in mind:

• We would like to have this sooner than later, ideally within the next few weeks to help us communicate our strategy.
• It needs to be applicable to a broad audience and really based on best practices, not a single situation.

So it would be fantastic if someone got the ball rolling, but we shouldn't rely on it.

@joshlambert @bikebilly need additional clarity here on the ask. What is the ideal customer profile (recently deployed, deployment in flight, mature in use of GL+CF, etc)?

@adamjohnson I think we'd just look for someone who has successfully scripted deployments to a PCF environment with GitLab CI. The ask would be to write up a somewhat general guide on how to accomplish.

OK @joshlambert, thank you for the clarity. I do not currently have a customer who has done this. That being said, can position it with those who are exploring both PCF and GitLab for their environment.
