Update `additional_metrics.yml` for the new support for colors

Now that we have support for additional colors (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/14065), we need to update our queries to take advantage of them.

Specifically in this case, we can improve the Throughput charts to show the specific types of response codes as well as our CPU utilization metric.
