UX: New Nav - Group -> Members Icon -> Members links to Merge Requests when collapsed

Summary

When using the new navigation, in collapsed mode, the Members kick-out item links to Merge Requests

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable new navigation
2. Go to a group page
3. Hover over the Members icon to expand the item
4. Hover over the the Members item

What is the current bug behavior?

Click on the sub-item will result in direction to gitlab.com/groups/example/merge_requests

What is the expected correct behavior?

Click on the sub-item will result in direction to gitlab.com/groups/example/group_members
