UI bug when creating new branch

Summary

Selecting a branch in "Create from" (when trying to create a new branch from the UI) multiple times, it disappears from the main box.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a project.
2. Go to the branches page.
3. Click on "New Branch".
4. Click on the drop down menu for "Create from".
5. Select any branch from the drop down menu.
6. Repeat steps 4 & 5 (select same branch name for step 5).

Example Project

This will happen in any project and has been tested in 9.5.5-ee and in latest version of Gitlab (10.0.0-rc4-ee).

What is the current bug behavior?

The name of the branch to create from disappears when selected multiple times.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Branch name shouldn't disappear if selected again.
