User avatar is vertically centred when expanding commit message

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/commits/master.
2. Expand a collapsed multi-line commit message.

Expected: the user avatar is still at the top of the commit message.

Actual: it's vertically centred, which looks a little strange.
