My problem is Check GitLab API access: /usr/local/lib/ruby/2.0.0/net/http.rb:878:in `initialize': Connection refused - connect(2) (Errno::ECONNREFUSED) Can any one help me? I haven't install nginx before run command " sudo -u git bin/check".

That sounds like the GitLab unicorn process isn't running. Is there a reason why you're not using the omnibus version? That would simplify your life quite a bit.
