2-up, swipe and onion skin modes do not show if the diff is collapsed on first load

If you have a large image file (eg. 1MB) and use that to replace an existing image using a MR. The image diff will show up as collapsed by default when the page is loaded.

Unfortunately when the page doesn't load the image file by default, the 2-up, swipe and onion skin modes will not render.
