Cannot copy and paste to some project Issue logs using Chrome on OSX

Cannot cut / copy / paste in a new Project > Issues > New Issue title and description box on OSX 10.10 using Chrome 60.0.3112.113.

Using Edit menu or keyboard shortcuts does not work. Right click also disabled. No Javascript errors showing in DevTools.Console

Copy / paste works for same repository issues in Firefox 54.0.1 on same OSX 10.10, or in same Chrome version on other issue logging pages...!
