Support rbenv

Unfortunately I cannot remove the system ruby version on my gitlab-ce host. I've tried installing rbenv for the 'git' user (both global and local to gitlab) but the admin interface still reports 1.9.1. Supporting rbenv would help a lot of people who are in the same boat as me.
