Drag and drop cursor/pointer

Instead go repeatedly using message "Drag and drop available"

When I bring the mouse cursor above the tangible object, I should get a confirmation of that I could uplift it. We already use some kind of hover effect, but the appearance of a distinctive cursor plainly connected to the drag and drop interface is needed.
