Have Changes tab on the right of the merge request instead of the build tab

I would love the have changes as the last tab again in MR's, it doesn't make sense theoretically but it is the most common tab to click on and having it always on the right is better. The build tab is optional and won't be shown on all repo's.

I understand both arguments and don't really feel strongly one way or the other at the moment.
