Merge immediately doesn't seem to work

In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/merge_requests/1232/builds when I select merge immediately it shows: "Set by Sytse Sijbrandij to be merged automatically when the build succeeds."

When I cancel and try again the same happens.
