Show all builds by default

I clicked builds and I didn't see anything.

Only later I noticed that for https://gitlab.com/sytses/sytses.gitlab.io/builds the default scope is running.

I think it is more understandable to have all builds there, if there are any running builds they will be on top.

We can just make 'All' the default => it has the latest on top.

If we make All by default we should also remove counter from sidebar. Because counter now shows pending builds.

Counter is sidebar should be always equal to amount of items you see when you click on page

@dzaporozhets not necessary, pending are on top any way. Take your mail client, it shows counter for unread messages, but they are still shown in the scope. Seeing pending builds is awesome.
