issue filter: combine text filter with other filters

It would be nice to combine the text filter with other filters (assignee, milestone, label, ecc) and query all this filters in "and". Attually text filter exclude other filters.

I agree that this would be great.

@DouweM do you know if is there any reason why we haven't combined the two?

can we have a planned version for this feature? it's very important for search issues..
