updated_at attributed (edited 2 hours ago) on comments can be improved

This is what I'm talking about:

The icon is unclear. And I think the text is not super useful. I propose that we make it a single line with just the latest edit, all a link. The icon was unclear, so no more icons.

So:

@creamzy I believe you already made an update to this in your mockups, did you?

To sum up current improvements and future improvements to keep the things consistent:

• # for issue
• ! for MR
• edit icon change to wording edited (there were requests to add commenting on an issue to the things that should update an issue as well, influencing on positioning it in the issues list) @JobV what do you think about using edited instead updated in this context?
• also I suggest to change opened by Author just to by Author

@creamzy Both updated and edited are fine for me. I think developers lean towards updated, because that is what happens underneath. If you think edited is better, I'm fine with that.
