Gitlab sending duplicate emails for deleted branches
After upgrading from 7.10 to 8.3.3 CE using omnibus we have noticed that gitlab is sending 2 duplicate emails every time a branch is deleted. I can confirm in the mail logs that there is definitely 2 emails of identical size being sent at the same time for every deleted branch. The emails look identical. Here's the entries from our mail.log file from a recent one:

You can see that they get sent at the same time and have an identical size.
