If the browser is just the right width, the filters don't align well

Thank you for feedback. Showing expanded sidebar makes no sense on such small screens - so I made some changes to sidebar logic by d84a2ab6. Now it should be icons only (small) unless you have at least 1100px+ display

@dzaporozhets this works for displays < 992px not 1100px. Just saying :)

@axil $screen-md-max is 1169px

@marin care to weigh in on whether this is a regression that was addressed or just not a regression at all?

Btw, according to this article (the third plot, text around only describes the plots), the 1024x768 resolution is the third most used today.

Thanks for the issue report. This issue has already been fixed in newer versions of GitLab. Due to the size of this project and our limited resources we are only able to support the latest stable release as outlined in our contributing guidelines. In order to get this bug fix and enjoy many new features please upgrade. If you still experience issues at that time please open a new issue following our issue tracker guidelines found in the contributing guidelines.
