Issue metadata are misplaced
Votes, assignee, milestone and tags are now placed next to comments. It makes no sense, these metadata are related to the issue, not to the comments. And as you can see on attached screenshot, tags are not visible now without scrolling.
Milestone should be in issue header. Assignee may be listed next to participants. Tags should be in-line just under the issue body. Votes can be placed right of the tags (on the same row, float right).
After removing the right column, comments will get much more space.

Thanks for the issue report. This issue has already been fixed in newer versions of GitLab. Due to the size of this project and our limited resources we are only able to support the latest stable release as outlined in our contributing guidelines. In order to get this bug fix and enjoy many new features please upgrade. If you still experience issues at that time please open a new issue following our issue tracker guidelines found in the contributing guidelines.
